Are you planning a vacation in Dubai? Dubai is a very hot place that can burn your skin and holidays as well if you don’t get the right stuff for this place. Making a list before packing is a good idea, good research is even a better idea.
Here is a list of things that can help you in packing before you leave for your destination. You must be aware of the climate of any place that you are going to visit. In case you don’t get enough time to check the climate details, let me share a little knowledge about Dubai in one post so that it will be easier for you to plan and pack it up.
Climate:
Dubai is a hot desert. In summers, it is obvious that you need to take care of a lot of things because of the hot climate but the winters are sometimes even hotter than the summers. The best time to visit Dubai is between November to April due to its pleasant climate. I will list in general, what to pack for your holidays that would be easy in both of the climates.
Clothes:
Dubai has a combination of Burka and Bikini. So, there are not many restrictions on wearing clothes as it is the best tourist attraction in the world and a crowd of tourists can be seen more than the natives of UAE. I prefer the following clothing options for you to pack for your holidays and look amazing:
Men’s:
You can wear anything you like a man. A few ideas that would help are:
- Comfortable tees and knee shorts are the best to enjoy your holidays.
- Sunglasses- We can’t think anything without sunglasses.
- A cool hat can save you from hot weather as well as give you a cool look though.
- Slip-Ons: A good pair of shoes means everything when you are traveling. For this trip, take a pair of slip-on and enjoy your walk in the city.
- Grooming Kit- Don’t forget to carry your grooming kit, toothbrush, toothpaste, travel-sized perfume, moisturizer, trimmer and the things you feel important for your personal care.
Women’s:
What to pack girl! Let’s start with the clothing and ends at the grooming section.
- Clothing - Pack comfortable, light dresses as it is hot there in Dubai. I personally prefer a maxi dress. It goes perfectly in hot weather and saves your skin to get burnt.
- Style your dress with a stylish hat that works both in saving you from hot sun rays and give you a stylish look.
- Sunscreen is a must to carry along with you.
- Pack your favorite pair of sunglasses.
- Shoes - Take your sneakers goes with every dress. White sneakers are my all-time favorite pair.
- Grooming kit- Take your travel kit and fill it with your important makeup stuff, sunscreen, moisturizer, a good lip gloss, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, epilator, nail clipper, and the things you feel important to pack.
A Quick tip:
- To capture your memories, take your camera along with you.
- Don’t forget to take a small medical kit. (I always carry it along with me)
